Your reservation is easy! A 2 night deposit ($250.00 minimum) reserves your Lake

Home for the week you want it. If, in case of an emergency, you have to cancel, your

deposit (less 50% fee) is refundable if we are able to re-rent your lake home. 

Due to a very limited availability, spring/fall fishing packages require payment in full.

We hold your phone reservations for 5 days and after receiving your check, will mail you

a confirmation.  Taxes (9.5%), fees, license, gas, and tackle are not included in rates. 

A credit card is required at check-in. Our rates reflect a cash discount, there will be a

3.5% service charge added for payment with a credit card.

Please check-in after 4:00p.m. and check-out by 9:00a.m.  This may very with

fishing packages, short stays, and spring or winter reservations.

Winter reservations – 100% up front, no refunds.

You are responsible for total number of persons reserved, boats, pontoons, harbor

slips, guides, etc.  Balance due upon arrival.

Additional person rate is $150 per week, $25 per night. Children up to age 15 are $10/year of age/week

Pets: $150 per week, per pet, $30 per night.  (Must be leased, kept off beach, cleaned up after and cannot be left unattended.) For the comfort of all our guests, no barking allowed.
