One of six Anderson Family Resorts, Grand Vu Lodge is the perfect getaway when you want to escape to the beauty of water and woods. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from the bustling resort town of Walker, and within easy access to some of the area’s best golf, shopping, fine dining, dinner cruises, casinos and entertainment, Grand Vu Lodge is the perfect vacation place!

Grand Vu Lodge Office
We built our office brand new in 2008. We decorated our office with many fun “Up North” themed antiques Jeff has found at various auctions & antique shops including horse saddles, an old canoe & boat, antique fishing gear, & military items. Come in and enjoy a hand-dipped ice cream cone or an old-fashioned tap root beer or relax on the spacious deck overseeing the habor, new sand beach area, & fantastic sunsets. We also offer draft beer, wine, bottled beer, candy, soda, snacks, pizza, ice, light groceries, & genuine Grand Vu apparel. We have DVD rentals available & also publications on resort activities, churches, restaurants, & local events.The office is open Monday-Saturday from 8 am - 8 pm, Sunday from 9 am - 6 pm, & closes daily from 5-6 for supper (hours subject to change).

Leech Lake is the third largest lake in Minnesota and with 112,000 acres of water to fish provides some of the best Muskie, Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Perch, Pan fish and ever famous Eelpout! Clear water, a relatively shallow basin and over 600 miles of shoreline await your exploration. Grand Vu Lodge is within easy boating distance to the city harbor in Walker, and offers a range of boats, canoes and paddleboats for your lake adventures.

Our lake homes are fully furnished with Up North décor, full kitchens, microwaves, linens and amenities, fireplaces, cable TV, air conditioning and BBQ grills. Additional amenities may include hot tubs, dishwashers, washer and dryer and towels. Each home has a private deck for lakeside viewing. Our Grand Lodge sleeps 29 and is perfect for corporate retreats, family reunions and special event receptions with a full private bar, hot tub on request and sits only 25 feet from the lake!

 Resort amenities include lodge, bait shop with fish cleaning/freezing service, full scale children’s playground, tennis/volleyball/basketball court, sand beach with waterslide, anchored water raft, docks, fully-protected harbor, boat rentals, fun bugs, canoes, paddleboats, bonfire pit, game room with pool table and arcades, and fully landscaped grounds with water fountains.

Our Game Room attached to the office is open 24 hours for your convenience. It is decorated with antique toys & has a pool table (75 cents), FREE shuffle board, books, & video games (25 cents) including Pac Man, Gun Fighters, Cruis’n USA (car), Enduro Racer (motocycle), & Tekken (kick boxing.)

Also located within the office is Jeff ’s Gym, Grand Vu’s fitness center that has a treadmill, eliptical machine, stair climer, Nautilus weight machine, pull-up ab equipment, & exercise ball. Bring your workout video to watch on the TV/DVD or listen to your favorite music on the stereo/iPod dock. Open 8 am to 8 pm for ages 13 and up.
