Your reservation is easy! A $200 deposit reserves your Lake Home for the week you want it. You agree to pay your full reservation amount, we agree to keep your lake home for you! If, in case of an emergency, you have to cancel, your deposit (less 30% fee)is refundable if we are able to re-rent your lake home. We hold your phone reservation for five days and after receiving your check, we'll send you a confirmation. Due to a very limited availability, fishing specials require payment in full. Taxes, fees, license and tackle are not included in rates. You are responsible for the number of persons booked. Balance due upon arrival.
